- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup sweetener (e.g., erythritol, stevia)
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, sweetener, coconut flour, chia seeds, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Add almond milk and melted coconut oil. Mix well.
- The dough should be thick. If too dry, add a bit more almond milk.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out thinly.
- Remove the top sheet of parchment paper and cut the dough into small squares or desired cereal shapes.
- Transfer the parchment paper with the cereal pieces to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container to maintain crispness.
- Adjust sweetener to your taste.
- For a chocolate version, add 1-2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder.
