Description

Make homemade Valentine’s Day candy with this simple recipe. You can create delicious treats using peanut butter, almond flour, and chocolate.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter (peanuts & salt only)
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (no sugar added)
  • Toppings of your choice
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add almond flour, peanut butter, and maple syrup to a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Flatten the peanut butter mixture and cut into desired shapes or place into molds.
  3. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate and add ½ tsp of coconut oil.
  5. Coat the peanut butter candies in the chocolate and add toppings.
  6. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
  7. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use your favorite toppings for decoration.
  • Adjust maple syrup to taste.
