- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in garlic, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until sauce has thickened slightly.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
