Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sausage and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in garlic, honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until sauce has thickened slightly.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
