Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).

- Rub the garlic herb mixture all over the turkey breast.
- Place turkey breast in a roasting pan.
- Roast for 2-2.5 hours, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part registers 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
