Description

Enjoy a delicious and easy Keto Crustless Quiche with Turkey Bacon and Cheddar Cheese. This quiche is perfect for a low-carb breakfast, brunch, or light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, cut into strips
  • ⅓ cup chopped onion
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook for 3 minutes. Add the onion to the pan, and cook for another 7 minutes or until the turkey bacon is cooked through.
  3. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon.
  4. Spray a pie plate very well with oil, or grease it with butter.
  5. Sprinkle the bacon mixture on the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with thyme and cayenne pepper. Top with cheddar.
  6. Whisk together the eggs, cream, and salt in a large bowl. Pour over the cheese and turkey bacon.
  7. Bake until just set, about 40 to 45 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool before serving – I recommend letting it cool for about 45 minutes.

Notes

  • Let the quiche cool before serving for best results.
  • Adjust seasonings to your preference.
