Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Squid, cleaned and cut into rings
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Pat the squid rings dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet. Cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the squid rings to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until squid is opaque and tender. Do not overcook.
  5. Squeeze lemon juice over the squid and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
