- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Coconut flakes for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt.
- Add melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Roll dough between parchment paper and cut into cookie shapes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Melt sugar-free chocolate chips. Dip cookies and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
- Let cool completely.
