Description

Make delicious and easy keto peanut butter cups at home.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter, coconut flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Press half of the dough into silicone muffin cups.
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from freezer and top with remaining dough.
  6. Freeze again for at least 1 hour.
  7. Remove from freezer and enjoy.

Notes

  • Store in the freezer for best results.
  • Adjust sweetener to your taste.
  • You can use almond butter instead of peanut butter.
