Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine peanut butter, coconut flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt in a bowl.
- Mix well until a smooth dough forms.
- Press half of the dough into silicone muffin cups.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Remove from freezer and top with remaining dough.
- Freeze again for at least 1 hour.
- Remove from freezer and enjoy.
Notes
- Store in the freezer for best results.
- Adjust sweetener to your taste.
- You can use almond butter instead of peanut butter.
