- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Brown meatballs on all sides.
- Pour heavy cream and chicken broth over meatballs.
- Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can add spinach or mushrooms to the sauce for extra vegetables.
- For a thicker sauce, simmer on the stovetop for a few minutes after baking.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
