Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Brown meatballs on all sides.
  6. Pour heavy cream and chicken broth over meatballs.
  7. Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
