- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Icing: 2 oz cream cheese, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1/4 cup erythritol, 1 tbsp almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, peanut butter, erythritol, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Press the mixture into a baking pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely.
- For the icing, beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, erythritol, and almond milk until smooth.
- Spread icing over the cooled bars.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator.
- You can add chocolate chips to the batter.
