Ingredients

- 4 cups cubed watermelon
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- Sweetener to taste (stevia or erythritol)
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- Combine watermelon, water, lime juice, and sweetener in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with mint leaves, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
