Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, feta cheese, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  6. Brown meatballs on all sides.
  7. Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  9. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve with tzatziki sauce or pita bread.
  • Add sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
  • Use ground turkey as a substitute for chicken.
