- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, feta cheese, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Brown meatballs on all sides.
- Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with tzatziki sauce or pita bread.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
- Use ground turkey as a substitute for chicken.
