Description
Easy no-bake blueberry cheesecake bars are a simple dessert.

- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberry pie filling
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in condensed milk until well combined.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract.
- Pour over crust.
- Spread blueberry pie filling over the cheesecake layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer crust, bake the crust at 350°F for 8-10 minutes before adding the filling.
- You can substitute other fruit pie fillings.
