A quick and easy one-pot keto alfredo dish with cabbage, sausage, and spaghetti.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Italian sausage, sliced
- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 oz spaghetti
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a large pot or Dutch oven.
- Add the chopped cabbage and cook until softened.
- Stir in cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add spaghetti and cook until the spaghetti is done and sauce has thickened.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- Add other vegetables as desired.
- For a thicker sauce, simmer for a few more minutes.
