Description

A quick and easy one-pot keto alfredo dish with cabbage, sausage, and spaghetti.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Italian sausage, sliced
  • 1 head of cabbage, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 oz spaghetti

Instructions

  1. Brown the sausage in a large pot or Dutch oven.
  2. Add the chopped cabbage and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add spaghetti and cook until the spaghetti is done and sauce has thickened.
  5. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Adjust seasonings to your taste.
  • Add other vegetables as desired.
  • For a thicker sauce, simmer for a few more minutes.
