- 1 box (16 oz) pancake mix
- 2 cups milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together pancake mix, milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Pour half of the pancake batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle mixed berries and chopped nuts over the batter.
- Pour the remaining pancake batter over the berries and nuts.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute different fruits or nuts based on your preference.
- For a richer flavor, use brown butter instead of melted butter.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
