- 2 tablespoons pesto
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
Instructions
- Spread pesto on two slices of bread.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Cover with remaining bread slices.
- Butter the outside of each panini.
- Grill in a pan until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
