Combine the best of both worlds with this Ultimate Philly Cheesesteak Mac and Cheese. Creamy, cheesy, and loaded with steak and peppers.

- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound thinly sliced steak, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak, bell pepper, and onion. Cook until steak is browned and vegetables are tender.
- In a large pot, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and smooth.
- Add cooked macaroni and steak mixture to the cheese sauce. Stir to combine.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- You can use any type of cheese you like.
- Add mushrooms for extra flavor.
