Description

Enjoy warm, soft, and fluffy gluten-free pull-apart dinner rolls, perfect for any meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour blend
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, xanthan gum, salt, and sugar.
  3. In a separate bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
  4. Add melted butter and egg to the yeast mixture. Whisk to combine.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth dough forms.
  6. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and place in the prepared baking pan.
  7. Cover the pan and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving. Pull apart and enjoy!

Notes

  • Ensure your gluten-free flour blend contains xanthan gum. If not, add it as specified in the ingredients.
  • Use a digital thermometer to confirm milk temperature (105-115°F) for optimal yeast activation.
  • For a richer flavor, brush the baked rolls with melted butter.
