Description

Make a quick and easy California Sushi Bowl. This bowl is a deconstructed version of the classic California roll.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked sushi rice
  • 4 oz imitation crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1/4 sheet nori seaweed, cut into strips

Instructions

  1. Place cooked sushi rice in a bowl.
  2. Top with imitation crab meat, avocado, and cucumber.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha (if using).
  4. Drizzle the spicy mayo over the bowl.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and nori strips.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of sriracha to your spice preference.
  • Substitute fresh crab meat for imitation crab.
