Make a quick and easy California Sushi Bowl. This bowl is a deconstructed version of the classic California roll.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked sushi rice
- 4 oz imitation crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup cucumber, diced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1/4 sheet nori seaweed, cut into strips
Instructions
- Place cooked sushi rice in a bowl.
- Top with imitation crab meat, avocado, and cucumber.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha (if using).
- Drizzle the spicy mayo over the bowl.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and nori strips.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sriracha to your spice preference.
- Substitute fresh crab meat for imitation crab.
- Add other toppings like pickled ginger or edamame.
