Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic (if using).
- Spread green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon juice after roasting.
