Description

A hearty and flavorful one-pan meal featuring cabbage, potatoes, and sausage.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cups chopped cabbage
  • 1 pound potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Instructions
