- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 refrigerated crescent roll dough sheets
- 2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, brown breakfast sausage over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into the skillet with the sausage and cook until eggs are set.
- Unroll crescent roll dough sheets and separate into triangles.
- Spoon sausage and egg mixture onto each triangle. Top with cheddar cheese.
- Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end.
- Place rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
