Description

Make these quick and delicious sausage egg breakfast rolls for your next brunch.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 refrigerated crescent roll dough sheets
  • 2 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown breakfast sausage over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour into the skillet with the sausage and cook until eggs are set.
  4. Unroll crescent roll dough sheets and separate into triangles.
  5. Spoon sausage and egg mixture onto each triangle. Top with cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll up each triangle, starting from the wide end.
  7. Place rolls on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
