Quick and easy sauteed mushrooms with spinach, perfect as a side dish or topping.

- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 5 ounces fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms and cook until softened and browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
- Stir in spinach and soy sauce.
- Cook until spinach is wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use any type of mushroom you like.
- Add red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Serve over pasta or rice.
