Description

Quick and easy sauteed mushrooms with spinach, perfect as a side dish or topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 5 ounces fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until softened and browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Stir in spinach and soy sauce.
  5. Cook until spinach is wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
