- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine sweet potatoes, maple syrup, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
- Pour sweet potato mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine pecans, brown sugar, and flour. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle pecan topping evenly over the sweet potato mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and casserole is heated through.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
