Description
Sugar-free cranberry sauce is a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional cranberry sauce.
Ingredients

- 12 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup erythritol or other sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine cranberries, water, erythritol, orange zest, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool. The sauce will thicken further as it cools.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of sweetener to your taste.
- For a smoother sauce, use an immersion blender after cooking.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
