Quick and easy Teriyaki Chicken Wonton Taco Bowls for a flavorful meal.

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 package wonton wrappers, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic powder for 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss wonton strips with olive oil and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
- Assemble bowls with lettuce, carrots, and teriyaki chicken.
- Top with baked wonton strips, green onions, and sesame seeds.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the marinade.
- Wonton strips can also be fried instead of baked.
- Customize your bowl with your favorite toppings, such as avocado or sriracha mayo.
