Description

Quick and easy Teriyaki Chicken Wonton Taco Bowls for a flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 package wonton wrappers, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic powder for 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Toss wonton strips with olive oil and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Cook marinated chicken in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through.
  5. Assemble bowls with lettuce, carrots, and teriyaki chicken.
  6. Top with baked wonton strips, green onions, and sesame seeds.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the marinade.
  • Wonton strips can also be fried instead of baked.
  • Customize your bowl with your favorite toppings, such as avocado or sriracha mayo.
