  • 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt.
  3. Beat in eggs until well combined.
  4. Pour filling into pie crust.
