- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub turkey legs with olive oil.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the turkey legs.
- Place turkey legs in a baking dish.
- Bake for 2-2.5 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, broil for the last 5 minutes.
- You can add your favorite herbs and spices.
