Classic turkey salad recipe perfect for sandwiches or enjoying on its own.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked turkey, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine diced turkey, celery, red onion, cranberries, and pecans.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- Pour dressing over turkey mixture and stir until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on bread, lettuce wraps, or crackers.
Notes
- You can substitute walnuts for pecans.
- Add grapes for extra sweetness.
- For a lighter salad, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
