Make delicious Valentine Cake Balls.
Ingredients

- 1 box white cake mix
- 1/3 cup frosting
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
- Valentine’s Day Sprinkles
Instructions
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake the cake according to package instructions. Cool completely.
- Mix cooled cake and frosting until combined.
- Microwave white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second intervals until smooth.
- Form cake into balls. Dip in melted chocolate and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sprinkles.
- Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Freezing results in harder cake balls.
- Refrigerating results in softer cake balls.
- Switch up the sprinkles for any occasion.
