Description

Make delicious Valentine Cake Balls.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1/3 cup frosting
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • Valentine’s Day Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Bake the cake according to package instructions. Cool completely.
  3. Mix cooled cake and frosting until combined.
  4. Microwave white chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30 second intervals until smooth.
  5. Form cake into balls. Dip in melted chocolate and place on cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sprinkles.
  6. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.

  • Freezing results in harder cake balls.
  • Refrigerating results in softer cake balls.
  • Switch up the sprinkles for any occasion.
