- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 10 oz Ghirardelli White Melting Wafers
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup Valentine colored M&M’s
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate covered pretzels
- Valentine colored sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- Line a sheet pan with parchment or wax paper.
- Melt white melting wafers in a heat-safe bowl over steaming water.
- Stir until smooth.
- Alternatively, microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- In a large bowl, add popcorn.
- Pour melted candy coating over popcorn.
- Toss until evenly coated.
- Dump onto the prepared sheet pan and spread into a single layer.
- Sprinkle on salt, M&M’s, and sprinkles before the coating sets.
- Distribute chocolate covered pretzels evenly.
- Chill for 15-20 minutes until set.
- Break into chunks and store in an airtight container.
