  • 10 oz Ghirardelli White Melting Wafers
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup Valentine colored M&M’s
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate covered pretzels
  • Valentine colored sprinkles (optional)

  2. Melt white melting wafers in a heat-safe bowl over steaming water.
  3. Stir until smooth.
  4. Alternatively, microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. In a large bowl, add popcorn.
  6. Pour melted candy coating over popcorn.
  7. Toss until evenly coated.
  8. Dump onto the prepared sheet pan and spread into a single layer.
  9. Sprinkle on salt, M&M’s, and sprinkles before the coating sets.
  10. Distribute chocolate covered pretzels evenly.
