- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened, full-fat recommended)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, crack the eggs and whisk or beat with an electric mixer until frothy.
- Add the Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and tap lightly to remove air bubbles.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Slice only after fully cooled.
