Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 1/4 avocado, diced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed.
- In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, and black olives.
- Top with seasoned ground beef, sour cream, salsa, and avocado.
- Serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- Adjust taco seasoning to taste.
- Add other desired toppings, such as jalapenos or onions.
- For a spicier salad, use hot salsa.
