A simple and delicious Zucchini Yellow Squash Gratin recipe.
Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 2 medium yellow squash, sliced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss zucchini and yellow squash with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the vegetables in a baking dish.
- Pour heavy cream over the vegetables.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and cheese is golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables, such as onions or tomatoes.
- For a richer flavor, use Gruyere or Fontina cheese.
