Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 2 medium yellow squash, sliced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, toss zucchini and yellow squash with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
